RGB channel offset — the classic glitch / shockwave / hit-stop polish. Wraps pixi-filters’ RGBSplitFilter behind a single separation knob so fades work cleanly. For asymmetric offsets, fall back to constructing RGBSplitFilter directly via rawFilter.
